A. If you take good care of your ParadisePod it can last for many years. As a recommendation, do not keep it wet as that generates fungi that wear it out more quickly.

R. Contains a bag, 6 stakes each with rope and insurance, 3 buildable tubes of 1.5 M (4.92 ft.), lots of fun and

R. Wash it with cold water. / Do not use bleach / Use detergent with color protection / Dry before storing in the bag / Once installed, do not hang, do not pull the fabric and bury the stakes safely and deeply.

A. It may take a little longer when you install it for the first time, but generally installs in 5 minutes.

 

Q. Where else can I install my ParadisePod?

R. You can mount it on the beach, on the field, on a terrace, on a pool, on the branches of a tree, from the trunk of your car or truck or anywhere in your home or place that you have to cover from the sun.

 

Q. Do you ship anywhere in the world?

R. At the moment we have service throughout Mexico, USA and Canada, but other countries in Europe, Central and South America will be included very soon.

R. Different: FedEx, UPS, Estafeta and DHL, in the case of CDMX it can include local express courier.

 

Q. How long does it take to ship my ParadisePod?

A. At the moment and due to the health situation worldwide, delivery times may increase, but generally we deliver from 4 to 7 days (10 to 15 days to USA and Canada), depending on the model and the delivery area.
